The Sandy Beach Cottages are two charming, renovated 1920's cottages occupying the same lake front property. They share a deck with a bar-b-Que and outdoor seating, sandy beach with fire pit and the beautiful views of Malletts Bay, Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks of New York State. Fronting the cottages is a beautiful white sand beach that allows easy access into the lake. There is a floating dock for added fun. Each cottage features a full frontal screened-in porch, two bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, living room and access to the bike path right across the street. Swimming, sailing, boating, fishing, sunning and any other water sport are easily accessible from the cottages. The cottages are perfect for two families vacationing together or a large group.

Don't forget to duck into Mazza's farmstand for fresh vegetables, fruits and yummy homemade pies. A late night fire on the beach with s'mores is the perfect way to end the day.

My family and I decided to stay at these beach cottages with another close family. Needless to say, we had a great time. Our children had such a blast together, yet we had tons of privacy with separate homes. There is so much to explore during the day and at nite it is a pleasure to sit on the deck for a barbeque spread while watching the sun set directly in front of you. Of course, nothing beat the smores cooked over the beach firepit before settling down for the evening. Memories like this are worth it.
