I am a custom Homebuilder and this was my personal home at one time. It is now a property that I keep in my rental portfolio. I love the Washington area because you can visit museums, the monuments, the National Zoo, great restaurants and entertainment, sail, hike, ski experience great music and enjoy the change in season all within 45 minutes of the Washington area. This home is located within 5 blocks of the Bethesda Metro (red Line) and is readily accessible to downtown Washington (20 minute metro ride). You can also take the metro to the Regan National Airport right from this home. There is no need for a car. This is a very urban home and you are a few blocks away from parks, the library, restaurants, movies, and shops. The grocery store is 3 blocks away.

Our family enjoyed a beautiful vacation in DC, thanks to the beautiful accommodations. The owner is very meticulous and made sure that every detail was taken care of. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Family Christmas Holiday

The house is amazing - spacious and comfortable. The Metro is a comfortable 10-minute walk away. Even better, the grocery store is about half the distance: under 5 minutes away. Nice restaurants nearby, too. We had to provide our own DVD player, which was a blessing in disguise since we were really there to spend time together, not watching TV. The owner was very responsive when we had problems with the hot water.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
