Great little apartment!

We stayed in this place in summer 2012 and liked it very much. There is plenty of room for two - but even with three (sleeping couch) it is not too cramped. The place is nice, clean and in good condition. All the facilities were as described and worked properly. There is only one window - but considering the summer in Taipei this is actually a plus :-)
The apartment is very conveniently located (Daan district) with only 10 minutes (slow) walking to the next MRT station. There was a bit of noise due to the whole Shinyi road being a construction site, but it was not too disturbing. A bit unusual was the door banging neighbor (at two in the morning ...) but that was not every day. All in all, we liked the place very much and would recommend it without any reservations. Miss Chen is very nice and helpful and had some nice tips for us concerning getting around and places to see.

We stayed in the property for a month and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was clean and there was plenty of space to store things. Everything was so conveniently located nearby so we could buy most of our shopping and still enjoyed Daan Park. The only thing that slightly spoiled our stay was the noise from the road and the bathroom's drainpipe. I do recommend this property for holiday rental. Tasha
