Breathtaking lake view with large patio. Gated Community. Newly remodeled with hard-wood floors in bedrooms and travertine floors throughout. Has cable/internet access. Brand new washer and dryer. Bathroom has been completely remodeled. Pool overlooking gorgeous lake with exercise room. Tennis and basketball courts. For a nominal fee, you can go on a boat ride, whether it is fishing you like or just having fun in the sun. You are centrally located to visit the exciting Busch Gardens or Adventure Island. Maybe you'll want to win some money at Hard Rock Casino which has newly installed Black Jack. Go play baseball with the Rays, or throw the football to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Going to horse or dog racing is fun as well. Tampa Bay Lightning is for all you hockey fans. Last but not least, you have the beautiful Gulf Of Mexico. For best response please call.

My family of 3 children (2 teenage girls and 1 10yr old boy) and 2 adults, found this place to be a cozy apartment on New Years weekend. We were comfortable with the arrangements and bedding. 1 Bathroom was sometimes a challenge, but no big deal for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Close to almost any kind of restaurant or supermarket you can think of and many major highways. We would stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
