There is a subway station three blocks downtown and three blocks uptown, taxis and buses are plentiful and if you feel like walking you can walk through the three beautiful nearby parks, Central park, Riverside park and Morningside Park. Or just walk and shop and eat and shop some more...! St John The Divine Cathedral is across the street as in the NY Public Library. It's a bustling fantastic area and the apartment is clean, comfortable and cool.
