This mod 800 Sq ft two bedroom, one bath apartment is a great NYC apartment on the fifth floor of a secure elevated building on The Upper Westside of Manhattan. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the smaller bedroom two twin beds and the leather couch in the living room pulls out to a full size bed. The apartment is newly refurbished and refurnished and the decor is fun and modern. Hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and a new dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats 6-8. There are three televisions all with cable. There is wireless high speed cable Internet throughout the house and a desk in each bedroom. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. The apartment is air-conditioned and there is plenty of heat in the winter. There are washers and dryers available in bdg

If you don't want to do laundry during your vacation, there are also dry cleaners that will pick up and deliver your wash and cleaning for reasonable prices. All markets will deliver your groceries as does most every restaurant in the neighborhood.

The building and neighborhood are secured. Restaurants, cafes and pastry shops are in every direction. Cuisine from all corners of the globe are represented. The shopping is incredible. There is a subway station three blocks downtown and three blocks uptown, taxis and buses are plentiful and if you feel like walking you can walk through the three beautiful nearby parks, Central park, Riverside park and Morningside Park. Or just walk and shop and eat and shop some more...! St John The Divine Cathedral is across the street as in the NY Public Library. It's a bustling fantastic area and the apartment is clean, comfortable and cool.

My family and I visited New York City this past Autumn. We had am amazing time. I would recommend this apartment highly. It is pretty, comfortable, clean,and kid friendly. The owner Alison was so helpful from our first correspondance. She even helped us with some touristy questions we had during our stay. She was accomodating and so sweet! We also purchased the coupons for Broadway shows and saw two shows at 50% discount--and had orchestra seats. All in all A+++++++++++++++++++++++++ experience.

Great place at a great price!

I've stayed in many apartments in NYC -- this ranks at the top of the list. Spotlessly clean and neat, with all the amenities advertised in working order. Outstanding location, on a quiet side street, close to subway and bus. The neighborhood is funky-cool, with good local shops, restaurants, grocery store, and bakery. I don't have a single complaint, and will happily stay there again when I need a two bedroom apartment.
As it is a quiet building (no shoes in apartments), I cannot recommend it for families with small children, but take that as a bit of advice -- not as a negative.

We had a wonderful stay in NYC staying at bestvacationapt.com The apartment was roomy and well furnished. The kitchen and living room were comfortable and the bedrooms were great. The area is fabulous with any type of restaurant you can imagine. The supermarkets are incredible and the best part, they all deliver your groceries within one hour. Wish I had that at home! Alison, the woner, was incredible. She was helpful and informative whenever we had any questions about the apartment or NYC. We purchased the coupons for Broadway and saw foprur shows for the price of two. The seats were orchestra! All in all this was THE BEST experience we have ever had renting a vacation apartment. Wonderful Stay IN New York City

excellent neighborhood, nice building, surrounded by among the very best neighborhoods, grocery stores and restaurant. Most important her you emersed in the New York lifestyle, far from the tourists, but convenient to everything. The 1/3 Subway line was three blocks, extremely convenient, the cross town bus took you accross the park to Museum Mile, you could be downtown in 15 minutes on the express, very convenient. The Upper West Side is a very desireable neighborhodd, full of Academics, bookstores, Saint John the Dives is a breathtaking landmark, lot's of park (Morningside, and Riverside) great littel coffe shops, filled with Professor's and students alike. If you really want to experience the life of a New Yorker this is the place to do it. The Apartment is well appointed, big kitchen with great big dining room, rare for NY, the 2 bedrooms , again rare for this price were well appointed, and proved convenient, as my children visited during my stay. Highly recommend, and will myself be returning

FANTASTIC TIME IN NYC

We want to first say what a fantastic time we had in NYC. From the beginning, Alison was so helpful in giving us ALL the information needed so that we could feel comfortable about renting an apartment sight unseen from the internet. The apartment was much bigger than we thought and just so comfortable and homey. It was spotless and beautiful. We loved the apartment. The area was incredible, so many things going on, so many wonderful restaurants and shops. We were amazed that every place delivers including cleaners and grocery stores. We bought the discount coupons fromAlison and saw three Broadway shows, orchestra seats for 50% discount. Amazing! We will be back!!!!
