The little apartment with a little balcony is situated very central near of the Dom of Porto Maurizio and looks over the roofs of the old centre of the sympathic little town, which makes part of Imperia. Central heating makes possible, to stand also for longer times in wintertime. It is ideal for 2 people, maybe also for max. 4 people.

Long term renting: It is possible to rent the apartment to low seasons for less (please ask). It has central heating and all facilities very near (shopping, swimming....).

Car not necessary: You can rich all important places by walking or with the bus. To Nice and Genova exist a good train-connection. But it's also possible to rent a garage near the apartment.

Noisy?: Near the apartment is no important traffic street, only little streets for the people who live there. So, you hear only the normal noise of an Italian village.... the quarter of 'Parasio' is very original an typical for a small little Italian town.

Golf: Albenga is about 28 kilometers, San Remo about 18 away.

Leider sind die Ferien schon wieder zu Ende... daher möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle bei Ihnen bedanken, dass alles so reibungslos und unkompliziert geklappt hat. Sogar das Auto hat - ganz knapp zwar, aber immerhin - in der Garage Platz gefunden Wir haben zwei ausgesprochen schöne Ferienwochen in Ihrer Ferienwohnung genossen - 'mitten drin' im italienischen Alltag, den man ja sonst als 'Hotel-Normaltourist' so gar nicht kennenlernt. Also nochmals Vielen Dank.
