I enjoyed this place but we were without hot water for two and a half days. The pilot lights were not lit and the upstairs one does not stay lit. The bath tubs were dirty and the refridgerator had old smelly food in it. The pull out sofa is very uncomfortable but the king size bed was awesome. If you want a phone you have to leave a hefty deposit for two months.this made it difficult to get in touch with the management company to let them know we had no hot water and the bathrooms were dirty.
On the good side, we were last minute renters and they squeezed us in which is unusual, so maybe under different circumstances things would have been different. Laura the property manager did a nice job.
I would rent the place again...two and half bath with only one comfortable bed.

When you contacted me, I thanked you so much for bringing the water issue to my attention. There are rare occasions when the wind in San Miguel will blow out a pilot light. I think you will agree, that once the problem was brought to my manager's attention, the problem was resolved immediately.
Yes, your reservation was VERY spontaneous and I tried very hard to make your reservation arrangements happen quickly.
My guests have always been able to make local calls.(??) I have never had a guest complain about my sofa bed. I can assure you, it certainly is not a "cheap" sofa-bed.
Priscilla, I'm delighted that you stated that you will return to my home again and allow me to make up for the inconvenience you experienced.
You would be a most welcome guest anytime.
