A private, gated entry through our beautifully landscaped garden leads to this charming, tastefully furnished apartment in sunny Bernal Heights, in a wooden, owner-occupied house. We are a short walk from the top of Bernal Hill Park and a spectacular panoramic view of San Francisco and the Bay. The apartment, completely furnished with linens, blankets, towels, and kitchenware, has a comfortable living room, fully-equipped kitchen with wooden counter-tops and stainless steel utensils, a tiled bathroom with tiled shower and an intimate bedroom. The queen-sized bed has a posture-pedic mattress with memory foam and 600-count, 100% cotton linens. Every room has adjustable dimmer lights. Use of new washing machine and dryer, utilities, Internet access, Cable TV and local phone are all included.

This is a self-housekeeping, self-catering unit, perfect for vacationing, visiting friends or family, in a very safe location one block from bustling Cortland Street's coffee shops, shops, restaurants (Nepalese, Sushi, Mexican, Peruvian, Middle Eastern, Italian, American, Chinese), bakery, wine bar, groceries, laundry, playground and two bus lines, 24 and 67. We are 10 minutes from downtown by car via two nearby freeways (101 and 280) and there is ample street parking. Two BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) stations (Glen Park and Mission/24th St.) are nearby. We are 20 minutes from San Francisco International Airport.

This is a non-smoking house and property. Because of low ceilings, not recommended for people over 72 inches tall. There are some steps to and through the garden. No toxic cleaning products used. Sorry, no pets. Children are welcome; porta-crib and stroller are available upon request. We speak English and French fluently. Rate based on 1-2 person occupancy, minimum 3 night rental.
