Why stay anywhere else? Everyone says 'We Like Yours Better!' Crescent Shores is your destination. Professionally decorated with new living room furniture and paint throughout, our condo receives rave reviews from our renters! New for 2012, a 50' Plasma TV in the living room! Many come back year after year after year. This new corner unit has ocean views from almost every room, free high speed internet access, and a 27 foot balcony offering panoramic views of the ocean, pool and lazy river.

Crescent Shores has granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets, beautiful ceramic tile floors, along with plush carpeting in the bedrooms and living room. The fully stocked kitchen has a large side-by-side refrigerator complete with in-door ice maker and chilled water, a range with radiant cook tops, microwave, and dishwasher. Plus we paint and deep clean twice a year to ensure your maximum comfort!

Our condominium comes with a king-size washer and dryer and every bedroom has a TV with DVD or VCR. Big Screen TV in the living room with DVD/VCR players. Plus, assorted games and books to make your vacation complete.

Crescent Shores has a 110 foot Oceanfront Pool, a 200 foot Lazy River, two Oversized Hot Tubs, a Kiddie Pool, an Indoor Pool, and an on site Fitness Room.

Our Non-Smoking Condominium has a King-size bed in the Master Bedroom, a King-size Bed in the second bedroom, and Two queen-size beds in both the third and fourth bedrooms.

WONDERFUL STAY!!

This was our second year at this wonderful condo! My husband and I and our extended family had a fabulous stay over the holidays and look forward to making it an annual escape from our busy lives to the peace and quiet at this lovely, homey condo!!
The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions we may have....the unit was very clean and our entire family was very comfortable! Everything is just as it appears in the pictures!!
We would highly recommend both the unit and the owner to anyone looking for a home away from home!!

Loved It!

This place looks just like the pictures. The only thing that confused me was the location of the Jack & Jill Bathroom. It turned out to be between the second King room and one of the Double Queen rooms. The second Double Queen room uses the hall bathroom. It had everything we needed except a spaghetti pot and everything we wanted except a fourth bathroom :-). Having access to the outside closet was a godsend....no more wet boogie boards and sand toys inside. It is easy to get in touch with the owner, who is extremely helpful. We hope to stay again next year and would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large family.

PERFECT!!!!

The condo was awesome for our family reunion of 10 people! It was very accessible for a handicapped person as dad was very comfortable. The condo was close to the elevator and handicap parking. All of the beds were comfortable as no one complained of any back pain during the week which is abnormal for our family. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we can't wait to come back next year. Thanks for opening your condo to our family! The Montgomerys

WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION

Just got back from am fabulous vacation with my family. Three generations coming together for our first vacation together and we had a wonderful time. The condo was great and well stocked,except for towels but with the huge washer and dryer that was not a problem and we were told up front. The kithen was well stocked and with enough dishes to accommadate the 10 of us. Some fire alarms were found in one of the bedroom drawers and a ceiling fan was not working in a bedroom but nothing major to complain about. What we paid for the condo for the week was a steal in our book and we will be looking forward to our next visit. Thanks for the memories!!!!!!!!!

Brought three generations to this condo based on the reviews we saw on it. It was perfect for us. My parents are getting up there in years and the master bath with the walk in shower was perfect for them. They loved being in the master bedroom with the balcony on the ocean, listening to the waves just outside the door. For us, the condo is just perfect. Really nicely furnished, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed when we decided to cook dinner for all 12 of us. There was so much for all of us to do besides play on the beach, putt putt golf is nearby, great regular golf courses nearby, wonderful restaurants, for us it's an ideal place for our entire family to vacation. The owners were great to work with, very repsonsive to our questions, there's no question in our minds--we'll be back! Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful condo!
