Beautiful well-maintained home with screened in porch, gas grill, new central heating and air, just 1.5 miles from the ocean and only 20 minutes to Clearwater, FL. Home has garage, washer and dryer, mop sink, cooktop, convection oven, and clean living room with couch, home also features TV with DVD player dishwasher, and very nice privacy fenced back yard. Home is paradise where you can sit back relax and enjoy the pleasures of life by relaxing by the ocean or just taking it easy and playing cards on the screen porch. Large master suite with double sinks and a large master shower to wash the stress away!

Balance is due in full 60 days prior to check-in. **Notice ** Short Notice Reservations: 'Checking In Less Then 60 Days In Advance' Payment In Full Will Be Due Upon Making Your Reservation. All payments must be in US Dollars (USD) only.
    The standard cleaning fee is $125.00 which will be added to your total.
  • We Accept: Check, US Cashiers Check, US Travelers Checks or US Money Order. A (Refundable) damage/security deposit of $500.00 is required. Payment shall be by money order, cashiers, US Travelers Checks or certified check. Your security deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of termination of occupancy provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met. Tenant is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear.

The Details: Upon the completion of stay all used linens will need to be removed and placed on top of the washer in the garage. Trash service for the home occurs on Tuesday and Thursday each week. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NOT INTERNET SERVICE and only BASIC CABLE SERVICE AS THIS RENTAL IS DESIGNED TO ALLOW MAXIMUM RELAXATION.

Cancellation Policy:: Cancellation Policy: To ensure regular booking this home does have a cancellation policy. Cancellations can be made at any time by calling homeowner at (706) 829-4667. Please note that cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit all payment including rental fee, cleaning cost, 12% taxes and deposit. Owner reserves the right to modify rental agreements, cancellation policy, pets, housing amenities, and all other aspects of this listing without having to notify prospecting tenants, booked tenants, or tenants in the process of booking.
