Townhome, 5 Bedrooms + Loft, 4.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10-14)

This beautiful tri-level townhome offers 5 bedrooms and designer furnishings throughout and is ideal for multiple couples and large families, offering three different living levels and double Master Suites. The main floor gourmet kitchen flows into the vaulted living room with large gas fireplace, TV/DVD and French doors opening to a deck with stairs down to the private hot tub. The beautifully appointed main level Master Suite offers a king bed and private ensuite bath with Jacuzzi tub. There’s an attached two car garage.

On the upper level is an additional Master Suite with a King bed, gas fireplace, TV/DVD, wet bar, small fridge, and its own full bath with jetted tub and separate shower. This suite has its own private entrance from the outside. Also upstairs is an additional bedroom with a queen bed adjoined by a cozy loft for reading with a sleeper sofa, a small office with desk and wireless Internet and another full bathroom. The laundry facilities are on the upper level.

The lower level features a game room with a professional pool table, gas fireplace, TV/DVD, and French doors that access the private patio and hot tub offering awesome views. You’ll also find two additional bedrooms, one with a twin trundle bed and the other with a queen. There’s also a media room featuring a large screen TV with surround sound, 2 reclining chairs, 2 comfortable leather couches that pull-out into queen beds and a game table with several selections.

The Cascades at Moose Hollow provides it's guests and owners with a 3000 sq. ft. clubhouse, fitness area, ping-pong, heated pool w/year-round hot tub, sauna, volleyball, and hiking trails. Daily Ski Shuttle provided by Powder Mountain. Come and enjoy Ogden Valley's premier destination!

About The Owner

Leigh Ann Fincher is both Principal Broker and visionary for PPR. With over 8 years experience working with several of the largest residential developers in the Ogden Valley, she has developed an extensive database of clients and customers who share her passion for this high mountain Eden. Those who know her would tell you Leigh Ann is extremely focused on her clients’ needs, with her ultimate goal being a successful transaction. She has been a sales leader in the Ogden Valley marketplace since her first year in the business, largely because she has never wavered from fulfilling her clients’ goals. A native of Texas, she is a graduate of the University of Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX and did her graduate work at Texas A & M, earning a degree in Counseling Psychology.

Her intuitive understanding of the needs of the second home owners propelled her to create her new company, Utah Lodging, to manage vacation home rentals & services. She firmly believes that by insuring the best possible experience for lodging guests, their repeat business will be assured. While some may ultimately become buyers themselves, her main focus with Utah Lodging is to assist sellers in maximizing their revenue potential by utilizing innovative marketing programs and delivering the highest level of owner service.

Her personal passions are skiing, golfing, hiking and traveling. While she loves the rural Ogden Valley, once or twice a year she fulfills her urban fix with travels to New York City or Europe. She is a fan of independant film and is an avid attendee of the Sundance Film Festival.
