Breathtaking 180 degree views of Block Island, Pt. Judith, Trustom Pond, and Charlestown! The house is 150' from the beach! This new construction is scheduled to be completed 5/10. Enjoy this 4 bedroom, 2 full 2 half bath 'shingle style' home that has the feel of a New England family beach cottage but with the amenities for today's living. This new home has an open floor plan on the second story that includes a LR, DR, Kitchen, screen porch,and covered deck, ALL with ocean views! The home can accommodate 8-10 people (non-smoking. no pets).The bedrooms are on the 1st fl., all facing the ocean. Three bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth has 3 sets of bunks. The 2nd story living area has hardwood floors and opens out onto the covered deck and screen porch on the oceanside. The kitchen (with ocean views of course!) has granite counters,dishwasher and French door refridg. Trustom Pond and wildlife preserve can be viewed to the east. Call Pete & Karen for more details.
