Kitchen, bath & Bedrooms: The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, stove/range, microwave, pots & pans, dishes, waffle iron, everything you would need. The refrigerator has a filtered ice maker. Granite countertops throughout the entire cabin. Ceilings and floors are knotty pine in the living room. Kitchen and bathrooms have slate floors. All bedrooms are carpeted, have ceiling fans and have large flat screen TV's w/ DVD's. The master bedroom has a king bed, full bath, and a balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, balcony and shares the 2nd full bath with the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms have a dual control electric blanket on each bed. Everything in the cabin is brand new. The security system can be operated from the master bedroom.

Internet and Entertainment: If you have to stay connected while at the Mocha Bear Cabin you will have cable TV, DVD in every bedroom and living room, Wi-Fi broadband internet and free domestic long distance phone service. The living room has a big screen TV and DVD sound bar. There are DVD movies and games to play. The wood burning fireplace has a gas log lighter.

Rear Deck: The rear deck has two patio table, natural gas BBQ and wonderful views of the woods. Come and stay at the Mocha Bear Cabin and start new traditions with your family. Mocha Bear Cabin is a family friendly cabin in an isolated, small, and peaceful residential neighborhood. Because we respect and value our neighbors, we will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a guardian or parent over the age of 25.

Golf: From May until October 30 there is a nine hole golf course with club house and driving range.
