This 2400 sq. ft. Mt. home is not just a cabin. It is fully upgraded w/ stainless steel appliances, undercounter ice maker, deep freezer in garage for extra freezer space,granite counter tops, slate/wood floors, PLUSH carpet, 2 fireplaces (Living and Master bedroom), jetted master tub, custom cabinets, slate showers, Lg. 2 car garage and lots of big windows to bring the outdoors in.. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. Fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, ATVing and horseback riding are just a few of the attractions. Aspen Mirror Lake, Navajo Lake, Cedar Breaks and Brian Head Summer and Ski Resort are each less than 45 minutes away. There is a great little store 1/2 mile away that has everything you'll ever need. Groceries, gas, gifts, hamburgers, steak sandwiches, liquor, beer, ice, ice cream and much more.

2400 sq. ft. gorgeous Mt. home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. It is centrally located in the Heart of Color Country. Bryce and Zion National Parks are 40 min. drive either way. Navajo and Panguitch lake are a 20 min. drive. This Mt. home is surrounded with ATV trails, great fishing holes and easy access to just about anything you enjoy in the mountains. Best of all, you are sure to see Turkey, Deer and Elk abound.Greatly accessed to the highway if there should be a big storm while visiting. We are a year around subdivision with snow plowed roads. In the summer, you'll never have the dust, as it is all a chip sealed subdivision.
