FIRST CLASS -7 Bed 5.5 Bathrooms, Games Room and Water View.

This is our 2nd visit to this fantastic villa. This time under new ownership, the improvements can be seen all over the house(well done to the the new owners).
We were in constant contact with the person who works for the management company from leaving England and even whilst here in the villa, who was a fantastic help with even the smallest question.
Finding the villa was just as easy as before, and anyone who has never been to Florida before should have no problem(just find "medieval times") and your all sorted. As before all you need to spend your holiday plenty of pots pans and plates etc. The home was excellently cleaned and the updates made it very homely.
We brought friends with us who we had told about our previous vist and they could not believe the excellent home as it was far beyond there expectations. They have said if they could pick the villa up and take it home they would.
We all enjoyed our 3 week holiday from the service and each and everyone of us would DEFINATLEY be recommending the property to any one we know who would consider coming on holiday to Florida.

Being here is better than being at home and don't really want to go home, we will be back again at some point. Everything and we mean everything is so close to hand even the driving is easy.

4 king size master suites with lake view, specially sunset/sunrise view, are really hard to find. After a long day at the theme park, we stayed in patio area, enjoyed the view, and relaxed in the warm hot tub. You'll need nothing else.
The living area in the home is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very large with lots of counter space and cabinets. Big 3D screen TV and comfy oversized furniture. There was also a formal dining room and a sitting room.
The house was very clean when we arrived and the whole home was just remodeled. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the house nice and cool even on the hottest days. All of the appliances were clean and in good working order. The only minor issue is one of the toaster handler was broken. But, it is still in working condition. We didn't notice anything lacking when it came to small appliances, dishes and utensils (with stainless steel pan/pot).

All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean as well. I stayed in the area. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was very convenient; four bathrooms were on suite, one bathroom shared between the boy's and girl's (children's) rooms and the last across from the remaining bedroom with access to the pool deck.

Close to Walmart super store, which open 7 x 24 daily, and Target which we can get everything we need for our vacation. It also have all kind of resturants (Chinese buffet, mexican food, Medieval, Burger King, ...) near by.

The layout worked very well for our group of 14 people. We had 3 families family share our stay. One family stayed downstairs (with elder), another one used 2nd floor right side of villa and the 3rd family is on left side of villa. All had its own privacy and comfort. Nice and comfortable furnishings and all the amenities anyone could ask for. The teens enjoyed spending the evenings in the garage game room and pool. Beautiful home and lovely view in a serene and peaceful neighborhood, yet close to everything...theme parks, Super*walmart near by is great plus. We'll definitely be back next year! You won't be disappointed.

This property has ample sapce for family group vacations. It's in a quiet area and the property is clean (no bugs). We don't do too much of the theme parks and thus we needed the space and amenities. Shoping is close and restaurants are readily acessible on 192. The only complaints are that we would have preferred wifi access and the cable signal was in and out for the first half our 8 day stay.Thanks for the rental.
