Our family-friendly house is surrounded by acres of lawn, ideal for children's games, or just relaxing in the sun and enjoying the views from the large wraparound deck. Only 15 minutes to Dreams Park! 12 minutes to All Star Village and Baseball World! Satellite TV, WiFi and AC! Enjoy barbecues outside whatever the weather on the spacious covered deck. The living room features comfortable furniture with sofabed, oriental rug, TV, VCR/DVD, WiFi and AC. Down the hallway from the living room is a washer and dryer, a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. Large above-ground pool for Applefield guests!

Whether you're coming to this area for the Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown Dreams Park, Cooperstown All Star Village, Cooperstown Baseball World, Glimmerglass Opera, Soccer Hall of Fame, Fenimore Art Museum, or the Farmer's Museum, Applefield is ideally located just minutes between Oneonta and Cooperstown in the heart of Leatherstocking Country. The area has an abundance of intriguing antique and gift stores. A 15 minute drive takes you to two golf courses and Gilbert Lake State Park, with fishing, swimming and hiking. Easy day trips can be made to Howe Caverns, the Finger Lakes, Catskill Mountains, etc. Our rolling green hills make for spectacular views around every turn, and fantastic sunsets at our property.
