Tucked away in the quiet enclave of Fairway Villas within Waikoloa Beach Resort, your vacation condo, Fairway Villas C2, offers privacy, comfort and serenity. With two bedrooms and two full baths, there is room for up to 6 guests to spread out and relax. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped and features a breakfast nook, GE appliances, and granite countertops. The dining area table will seat up to 6. The living area is furnished in a relaxed tropical décor and opens onto the lanai overlooking the golf course. This creates a very spacious and private feel to your villa. Enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the lanai may become a highlight of your visit!

The master bedroom suite features a California King bed, ceiling fan, dual sinks, a separate soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the condo. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience. The condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet and cable TV, making it easy to keep in touch with the world if you must. A Real Diamond!

I am sitting in the condo as I write this review. This condo is exactly as pictured and listed. It is in a building facing the golf course. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and convenient to shopping, restaurants and a short drive to many great beaches. What more can one want?

We are here for 13 nights. Sue is a great person to work with in making reservations. She emails promptly and answers all questions. She has been accommodating to our needs.

The only draw back is the golf course crew cutting the grass at 4:45am with a master bedroom facing the #1 tee. A light sleeper, like me, may have a problem with this. This only happened this 1 morning in the time we have been here. No fault of the owner. Why can't the crew do this after dark in the evenings?

To those looking on VRBO for a Waikoloa condo this is a great rental and you can't do any better! I can say this easily as we won't be coming to the island any time soon. Otherwise I'd keep this a secret!

Very Comfortable Condo

The condo was very nice with lots of room for our family of 2 adults and two teens. The location was great and it was easy to access the nearby beaches, and not too far to reach South Kona destinations. The condo was very quiet, clean with a well equipped kitchen. We also really appreciated the beach bags, chairs, coolers, umbrellas and boogie boards. Sue was very nice and provided us with some good tips to enjoy our stay. We would stay here again.

We had a most wonderful stay in waikoloa fairway villas at
Sue's place. I could really not have asked for anything more at the nightly rate we paid. It was a deal! I would stay again in a heartbeat. Sue was always easy to get a hold of and answered all questions promptly.

Exceptionally comfortable and clean unit with a fantastic view of the first hole green and a panorama of Mauna Kea and its observatories. Great location, within walking distance of the Kings and Queens shops at Waikoloa and A Bay. Complex also has a great work out room and a sparkling pool and spa. We will be back.
