This ground floor apartment has a cottage feel to it with its huge porch with rocking chairs and own private driveway and entry. Its modern feel belies the fact that the building is over 100 years old. Guests will enjoy the huge master bedroom, cozy living room with cable TV and the overstuffed furniture set that invites you to sit back and relax after a day on the ski slopes of Jay Peak which are only a 10 minute drive away. You and your family and friends will enjoy sitting for meals at the large butcher block table where you can enjoy board games and being together once dinner is over. The kitchen is very large and equipped with everything you need.
