This property is well-located in a quiet and safe residential area just north of the famous Breaker's Hotel. It has a white interior, dark wood floors and stylish looking furniture that you would find in an island resort. There are 4 bedrooms with two up and two downstairs that are nice for sharing the house.
There is a full kitchen with new appliances, laundry and a formal dining room and renovated baths. There are 3 flat screen TV's and a great outdoor area to dine, lounge or BBQ. Easy to walk to the beach for a private picnic or walk along the intracoastal. Near the bike trail and jogging path. Shopping and great restaurants are all nearby.

This house is just across the street from the highest sold oceanfront in Palm Beach to date. It is very residential, safe and a true relaxing spot.
My husband & I stayed in this beautiful Palm Beach home in May 2012. Maryanne ( the owner) was very helpful to set up our rental without a hitch. The house was kept very clean, thanks to our wonderful housekeeper , Nathalie. We had acces to 2 bikes , which we used almost daily to ride to the beach, 2 blocks away, or travel the other direction to a great bike lane with a view of Lake Worth. It was so relaxing to return to our private pool at the end of the day. We travelled to many places in Florida but we loved Palm Beach! Being from Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia , Canada ..we have a great place to live but I think I could live 1/2 the year on my 2nd favorite island... Palm Beach.
