Villa La Estancia is a new 5 star oceanfront resort located on beautiful Flamingo's Beach in Nuevo Vallarta (15-20 miles outside of Puerto Vallarta). This luxury beachfront property only has 135 villas, all individually owned. You receive all the luxury and service of private ownership in a 5 star resort, this exclusivity is not available anywhere else. Villa La Estancia is theTrip Advisor #1 rated resort in Nuevo Vallrta. Our villa has 2 or 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a full gourmet kitchen, dining tables and chairs for both indoor and outdoor dining and a large living room area. The villa features over 2100 square feet of interior space and a beautiful 300 square foot terrace looking over the ocean. We are located 50 feet from the beach! Our home is elegantly decorated and includes 3 flat screen televisions all with CD/DVD players.

As our guest, you will be able to enjoy 5 start resort amenities including a 17,000 square foot full service spa, a professional quality fitness center and tennis court, a beautiful pool with swim up bar and three ocean front whirl pools. The resort also features a highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant featuring Kobe beef and three additional restaurants on property.

The staff and concierge are on property to make your wonderful vacation stress free. They can take care of all your wishes including in room dining and activity reservations.

Our home has both wifi internet connections and hard wire connections for your convenience. In addition, the property has full wifi connection around the pool and on the beach.

To ensure your safety Villa La Estancia has 24 hour medical assistance service with and english speaking doctor on site and 24 hour trained security staff at all entrances to the property and the surrounding beach grounds.

About David Delgado

Our family currently lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico and previously lived in the San Francisco Bay Area. We have two boys ages, 22 and 19. We travel extensively and our very active. We enjoy, hiking, skiing, surfing and are avid runners.

We purchased our home in Mexico, and specifically in the Puerto Vallarta region, because we love the Mexican people and we love the weather. Puerto Vallarta has a similar latitude to the Hawaiian Islands. Villa La Estancia provides us with full 5 star resort amenities and we have 24/7 monitoring of our home by the staff at the resort. Our location, which is 15-20 miles north of Puerto Vallarta allows to be on the beautiful Flamingos Beach and be close to several wonderful small Mexican towns such as Bucerias, La Cruz, Punta Mita and Sayulita. It also allows to go into Puerto Vallarta to enjoy the offerings of the bigger city.

What makes this condo unique

Nearest Airport: Puerto Vallarta 15 miles. You can rent a car, take $25 cab ride or arrange for a car to pick you up.

Villa La Estancia is located on the world famous Flamingos Beach in Nuevo Vallarta which is approximately 15-20 miles outside Puerto Vallarta. It is located near the charming authentic Mexican towns of Bucerias, La Cruz, Punta Mita and Sayulita. The resort offers all beach activities including jet skis, parasailing, boogie boarding and horseback riding. There are four golf courses within 30 minutes and great surfing in Sayulita.

The resort has four restaurants on property, in addition, the nearby towns have many restaurants ranging from small local restaurants to some wonderful fine dining establishments. There is also a small grocery store on the property and there are two large supermarkets, Mega (a Mexican supermarket) and Walmart 5-10 minutes from the property.

Awesome Resort, Beautiful and Very Clean Condo

My wife, 4 month old daughter and I had an awesome time at Villa Estancia and at the owners's condo. It's super easy to get there from the airport, and within an hour of landing, we were at the amazing pool. Service at the resort was fantastic. The pictures of the condo don't do it justice.

I found the resort food to be mediocre. It's pricey for what it is. That said, everything else was amazing, and the condo allowed us to cook some of our own meals. There's a nearby Walmart with a good food selection.

The owner was great to work with and fast to respond to emails. He made this an easy rental process.

We'll definitely be back.

Great condo, great location!

Thank you, our trip was amazing! We have already been recommending your place to our friends, and especially anyone with small children. It was just so convenient to have the pool and the ocean both within 60 seconds from our door! We were content to just spend our time right there on the property, but we also did some fun tours (the zip-line adventure is unreal!). All the staff on site were so friendly and helpful. My husband was trying to learn Spanish and everyone was willing to take time to engage him in conversation. I never thought I could go to the same place for vacation more than once, but I could go to Villa La Estancia every year! So much to do, great restaurants near by, and the friendliest people you'll meet!

This is our second time renting this unit. We were pleased as punch with everything -- from the resort's proximity to Bucerias by foot (quick taxi into PV proper) to the thoughtful amenities available in the unit.

There is a clear view of the ocean and we tried to partake of the sunset most evenings. The freedom and ability to self-cater or dine out at our option is very desirable.

The Owners are gracious hosts and generous in hospitality.

Another Fantastic Family Vacation at Villa La Estancia

Thank you for letting us stay in your property again. For those reading my review, we have rented 3 times from the Delgado's over the last three years. Villa La Estancia is a great place to vacation. The resort and staff are first class. Our family would hang by the pool during the day and go out to dinner every night. We ate at Mar y sol, Mezzigiorno, Fajita Republic, Los Pericos, Yo Yo Mans, Toscana Mia, La Laguna, Tacos on the Street, Ernesto's and Sweet Things. If you are looking for a great place to visit and vacation, I would recommend Villa La Estancia and unit 1303.
