Better than any 5 Star Hotel - 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms with VIEW! Wi-Fi @ -AX1

Our relationship with the owner was first rate from my initial inquiring email to the second airport transfer (more on that later). I travelled to Buenos aires with my husband, 18yo daughter and 16yo son in June 2011

What luck did we have after deciding on an apartment owned by Michael. Not only did he answer emails immediately, even mundane ones such as where is the closest subway stop, when we booked with him, we got an entire property management team, as well.

Agustina, the Concierge, arranged transfers from the airport to the apartment and back. This was so convenient because the driver was able to contact Maria to let her know that we were on our way and she was there waiting to check us in when we arrived at 8:30am. Agustina also helped us get River Plate soccer tickets and suggested day trips Back to the second airport transfer...we arrived at the Buenos aires airport to travel back home only to find it closed due to Chilean Volcanic ash.

At 5:50pm on a Friday, I called Michael's office in a panic not knowing what to do. Maria Rosa calmly told me that our apartment was still available and gave me directions to their office to pick up the key. Arriving after 7:00pm, Maria Rosa was still there waiting for us to pick up the key! Now the apartment.

The location was amazing. On a quiet street right at the corner of a main street. Just to the left was the subway stop and just to the right was the grocery store. The building had a 24 hour doorman.

Located on the 17th floor, the views were breathtaking. The rooms were tastefully decorated. The apartment had every amenity you could image needing. Wifi!!! Very comfortable beds. Three LCD televisions. I loved that the towels were huge bath sheet sized and plentiful. All of the kitchen appliances were full sized. The rooms were really nicely sized; we never were on top of each other. I would definitely recommend renting an apartment with Michael.

This apartment is quiet since it is nearly at the top of the building, but is still right in the middle of everything you might want to see in Bsas. It is very roomy having two bedrooms and two baths, large living and dining areas and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The views are exceptional! Similar to being in a small aircraft over the city!

It's beautiful to watch the sun go down and alll the lights go up on this great, lively city! There is more than adequate air conditioning and heating since there is a unit in each room, however the window can open and you can enjoy lots of fresh air if you choose. There are three LCD flat screen Tv's with a good deal of programing with English Secondary audio, if Spanish isn't your thing.

The beds are very comfortable and with the quiet I slept better than I do at home! And I should also mention that there is a lot of closet space as well should your stay be long, which you will want it to be if you stay in this apartment! There is a very well stocked supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away and they will deliver to the apartment if you should need that service. There are many things just a short walk away and you would do well to walk in this area as there is a lot of things to see along the way. It's a very safe city and the area is very upscale so no real need to feel unsafe.

The immediate area reminds me of parts of Manhattan with a good mix of people making the area fun and a good place to try out your Spanish! Overall, I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. I've liked it so much, I have reserved it well in advance to be sure to get it and have stayed there at least 4 times (I'm starting to lose count!). If you're alone, you will enjoy the extra room, but this apartment could easily and comfortably suit a family of 4 or two couples travelling together. The staff is exceptional and immediately responsive to anything you should require. Rent it! You'll love it!

We (family of 4, with two young children) spent a total of 10 days at this apartment and loved it. The apartment is well situated, in a great neighborhood, close to the subway and very close to all the necessities, such as grocery store, etc.

All the taxi drivers knew the location as well. The apartment itself is compact and well designed. Having two bathrooms was a luxury, linens were deluxe, and everything was updated.

High enough up to get great sunlight and be a further from the noise of the streets. The customer service was amazing. The staff met us on arrival and departure and were flexible to our needs. They were fluent in english and quickly responded to emails. They arranged airport transportation for us and had a concierge service that was excellent. I would recommmend this apt to anyone staying in Buenos Aires.

One point, it is listed in Recoleta, though the area is known locally as Barrio Norte, which is the border of Recoleta and Palermo. Check a map to make sure it is where you want to be
