The Villa Mangrove View was completed in September 2000 and lies in a quiet villa area on Punta Gorda Isles directly at a channel with access to the gulf of Mexico. The luxurious equipment of this villa with its many extras hardly leaves wishes open. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the mangroves which lie under conservation. With a little bit of luck a dolphin may even visit you and socialize with you.

Punta Gorda lies near to Charlotte Harbor at the gulf of Mexico. This residential was elected the fourth best residential area of the USA in 1997, and was crowned the number one of the Americans South. The old town of Punta Gorda presents tastefully houses, avenues of king palms with gas street lamps originating from the turn of the century, these have also been restored tastefully. Fishermen‘s Village is noted for its exquisite boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment possibilities.
