Wake up each morning to the sound of birdsong, enjoy a leisurely breakfast on this large terrace, then hop in the car and before you know you are in the midst of glamorous San Remo or Monte Carlo. Monte Carlo is within a fourty minutes drive and Nice airport is within an hour drive.

My heart sank when we arrived here - I thought it was another of my famous booking disasters. It is smaller than the photos suggest, cannot possibly sleep 5, and curtainless curtain rails are rather depressing.
However, the views are wonderful, the villa is quite private, access to San Remo and the motorway are easy, (you have to drive to get anywhere at all though, it is not a place for walking) and San Remo is a lovely town.
There are mozzie screens on all the windows, but take plug-in insect killers, because the tiger mozzies get in anyway, and you can neither see nor hear them, and they are everywhere on the French/Italian riviera.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay; the beds were comfortable, we loved the view and it wasn't a booking disaster.

Das alleinstehende Haus mit schlichtem Komfort und geräumigem Bad bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchen. In zehn Minuten sind Sie mitten in der Stadt oder an einem der Strände.
