This gorgeous modern luxury home is situated on a corner lot of Terra Mar Island, overlooking Lake Santa Barbara and the Intracoastal Waterway. Its wide back yard features a large heated pool, and the view is one of the most desirable in town. The private and gated community of Terra Mar Island also has a private beach accessible by just walking over the bridge and crossing A1A, less than a 5 minute walk from this home. The 2 story structure features a view of the waterways from the large family/living room with a large TV, the dining room, and the open kitchen. It comfortably sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms: the master suite features a king bed, balcony, a bar, lounge area and separate bathroom suite. The 2 guestrooms upstairs each have a queen bed and its own bathroom. The 4th bedroom downstairs has 2 kid beds and a crib, plus a full bath. There is a guest bathroom as well as a 2 car garage.
