Our house, with 5 bedrooms & loft and with 3 full baths, has two living rooms each with fireplace and cable TV/DVD. The house is ideal for three families. Each of three sets of parents can occupy their own bedroom and up to ten children can occupy two bedrooms and the loft. Parents can socialize in one living room and the children in the second living room. If the size of your group is 10 people or less we can offer you a lower rental fee. Rentals for holidays, weekends, weeks available; discounts for longer stays, off peak skiing. You can walk to the ski trails, or take the free Okemo shuttle to base lodge.

Our house is located on Okemo Mountain within walking distance to the ski trails at Okemo Mountain Resort. The mountain overlooks the town of Ludlow, a four season town, which has fine restaurants, grocery and liquor stores as well as other boutique and antique shops. Winter activities nearby include snowmobiling, ice skating and cross country skiing. In summer the lifeguarded swimming area is within walking distance and Butternut Falls swimming area is a short drive. The renown Okemo Valley Golf Club is at the bottom of the mountain. Our five bedroom & loft, three bath house (sleeps 16) has two family rooms, each with a fireplace, cable TV/DVD. Two or three couples (each with their own bedroom) and up to ten children fit comfortably, and we will accommodate a smaller group at a lower cost.

Notes: The house sleeps 16; with 5BR & loft, 3BA, 2 living rooms each with fireplace and cable TV/DVD. Parents can socialize in the main living room and the children in the second living room. For dining, two tables and the breakfast bar are used to accommodate 16 for dinner. House is heated with oil, baseboard heat in each room. There are two separate sets of stairs to the top floor. We provide linens and towels, parking for six to eight cars, firewood, local phone, iron and board, extra refrigerator.

Easy to Get to Ski Area: In an above photo, [a partial view of Okemo Mountain Resort ski area] the X marks the location of our nicely decorated and furnished house. You can walk down the street toward the Sachem trail. Cut between the trailside houses on the Right of Way; then ski to the Sachem Quad lift or ski down to the base lodge. Or drive down to base lodge. For skiers and non-skiers the free Okemo shuttle to the base lodge stops nearby.

Convenience of House Location: You and your children will enjoy the comfort and location of our home. With the proximity to the ski trails, those of your group who finish up their day early can walk home from the slopes without compromising the enjoyment of the remaining skiers. And there’s nothing like relaxing and reminiscing in front of the fire after a good day on the slopes.
