This villa is located near Los Corales in the neighborhood called Rio Bonito Spa. Los Corales is in El Cortecito on the edge of Bavaro... Most people classify Bavaro and El Cortecito as Punta Cana. Punta Cana is actually about 15 minutes South East of Bavaro. The villa is approx. 20 minutes drive from the Punta Cana International Airport.

  • Maximum 2 month rental (high season) maximum 3 month rental low season- NO LONG TERM RENT OFFERED
  • Reservation deposit of $600 required at time of booking. Refunds are only granted if cancellation is made 30 days prior to booking. Deposits are refunded 2-3 days AFTER you leave (less non-refundable cleaning fee) after the villa has been assessed by the property manager,
    The Cleaning fee rate is based on the entire villa. Email us for separate unit breakdown rates.
    All linens and rugs are professionally laundered after each tenant, and do use up the majority of the cleaning fee.
  • Taxes are included
    Monthly rental includes 120.00 in electrical consumption, and the balance if any is the responsibility of the tenant paid via the security deposit.
    Tips to your personal 24/7 assistant are appreciated - but not expected.
    Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal only. PLEASE - NO CHECKS. If not paid in full via Paypal prior to your arrival, only cash is accepted. .

Tons of things to do nearby: Remember this condo is within walking distance to just about everything. If you want to get out and explore more, no problem, there are rental car companies offered at the airport or offices near the condo (i.e. Budget rental in Bavaro) but for the best rates book online ahead of time. Within a short 5 minute drive you'll find the Palma Real Shopping Center, a large, newer mall consisting of a movie theater, Hard Rock Cafe', Tony Roma's, Wine shops, and numerous name brand shops, restaurants, and boutiques to name a few. The location of this condo is just a 15 Minute drive to several Marine Life attractions, Water Parks, more Casinos, 9 Championship golf courses, nightclubs. There's even a nightclub located inside a natural cave called (Imagine). Several tour, excursion companies nearby. Day trips to Saona or Catalina Island Excursions are highly recommended.

What a beautiful house and amenities

After staying there for a week in September 09, I would recommend this place to everyone...The house was exactly as advertised, and the lay outs perfect!..Beautifully clean and brand new! It has only recently been let out and so everything is new and no expense has been spared with the internal furniture and decoration.
We had good service from the owner showing us around, after picking us up from the airport and managing our transfers. There is a local man (Rene) who cares for the property, and lives nearby, who willingly runs to the shops for food and drink and/or any other necessities..we just tipped him and he was very happy to help.
It can suit from 2 people (each level can sleep up to 6) up to a large group or family, with plenty of space to spare. The position is very private being situated at the end of a cul de sac, but only 5 mins walk to many amenities, beach, bars, bakery, shops, bank, and much more.
We had a very relaxing time because during the day the area is quiet but within 5 mins of lively bars or restaurants, but at night is very peaceful, with no noise whatsoever from local hotels etc. We would definately recommend this place to friends and relatives. We met an English lady who lives permanently in Bavaro, across the road from the villa, and works for a tourist company and she arranged a few trips for us, fishing, catamaran, snorkelling and diving, at cost prices because we dealt direct through her and not through the hotel reps or beach vendors, who obviously need to make a profit.
We cant really think of anything that we were disappointed with, or disliked. A GREAT PLACE FOR THE FAMILY.
