Luxurious waterfront condo. Strictly non-smoking. Decorated in Tommy Bahama style this beautifully furnished first floor 3 bedroom 2 bath end unit includes a detached 2 car garage. View spectacular sunsets from living room, master bedroom, covered patio, or dock. Go swimming or watch dolphins play, the pool & dock are just steps away. Fully equipped kitchen has breakfast bar & table, upscale appliances and granite countertops throughout. Laundry room has full size washer/dryer. Living room with 52 inch screen TV, DVD, CD player. Separate dining area has table, 6 chairs and sideboard. Master bedroom has king size luxury pillowtop bed, wall unit with closets and built in dressers and walk-in closet with optional crib. Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sinks in master bath. 2nd bedroom has queen size pillowtop bed with walk-in closet and full size dresser. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin trundles equaling 4 twin beds with top of the line mattresses as well as as 2 full size closets.
