Casa Chaac (formerly Casa Walton) is a 4 bedroom 4 bath home that sits on 4 lots in Playacar Fase 1 in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. The home is just steps from the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. This home can be rented as a 3 bedroom 3 bath home, the loft bedroom will be locked. Casa Chaac is a total of 2852 sq. ft. plus a 688 sq. ft patio and 258 sq. ft. 2nd story terrace. The pool is 377 sq. ft. The lot is 13,455 sq. ft.. The living areas and bedrooms are spacious. When rented as a 3-3 the sq. footage is 2260. The upstairs suite is 592 sq. ft.. The master bedroom has a king bed; there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 2nd story bedroom with 4 twin beds. Each bedroom has a private bath, air-conditioner and ceiling fans. Within the Playacar development is a highly ranked golf course. Along the coast are several Yucatan amusement parks -Xacaret, Xel- ha, Xpu- Ha and many more place for various activities. Mayan sites of Tulum and Coba are an hour drive from Playa. Cozumel is a 20 minute ferry ride away.
