Water's Edge is a brand new villa complex on the edge of the Caribbean overlooking the Caribbean and Saint Martin. Cool ocean breezes fill this luxurious retreat with matching 2nd floor master bedrooms holding breathtaking views to the sea. The property consists of a main house and one guest house. All rooms are air-conditioned with all the amenities you'll need for a great family getaway. The main house has four bedrooms, two on the lower level with 2 twin beds each and ensuite bathrooms, spacious living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen, and a large veranda facing a 30' x 15' fresh water pool. The upper level consists of two spacious ensuite master bedrooms with king-size beds and a generous balcony overlooking the pool and ocean.
