Top Floor Condo with Water View of Ocean, Bay, Sea World Fireworks, Downtown Skyline. Smell the sea air and enjoy the sound of the waves. Elevator to walkway then just 1 minute stroll to the sand! See stunning sunsets. Come enjoy a vacation at the beach! San Diego's weather is great year round... average temperature 60's-80's. Location is fantastic. Mission Beach is a peninsula with the Bay on the east and the Ocean on the west side. Bay and Ocean are only 4 blocks apart and have different things to offer.... sail, kayak, picnic on the quieter bay side, or enjoy the sound of the waves and the surf on the Ocean side where the boardwalk is more active and busy. TOP OF THE BEACH CONDOS: Best central location in North Mission Beach. Leave your car in the garage and stroll to many restaurants, walk to Amusement Park, and Mission Beach Plunge swimming pool. There are small convenience markets right next door, and Ralph's fancy Supermarket just 5 minutes by car.

North Mission Beach is a peninsula of high priced real estate surrounded by the Pacific Ocean on the west side and Mission Bay on the East. So the guests can choose from the busier board walk with lots of activity and people watching, or the quieter bay side. One can ride bikes or roller blade or stroll on both sides. The location is fantastic, as there is a bus stop right in front which goes to the main transit center. Shopping is also so easy as there are many small convenience stores close by and a large 'Ralph's supermarket' nearby too! This location is just 15 minutes drive to all main features in San Diego; Sea World, Zoo, Gaslamp, Downtown, Seaport Village. The amusement park is only 1 mile south, and the choice of restaurants close by is great!

  • This layout for the bathroom is wonderful as the vanity area is separate from the shower and the toilet. A full curtain provides privacy from the bed area to the vanity section of the bathroom.

  • The bedroom has a Queen bed with a special thick foam mattress. So comfortable!!!! There is a nice area with a computer desk in the room. I provide a room divider which can be used to separate the desk area from the bed. There is even a second TV in the bedroom with a remote. Wait until you see the large closet with mirrored doors! LOTS of storage.

If I am away, I make sure one of my neighbors is on call.
