4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms (sleeps 6 adults max+ 3 kids)

Two story ocean view home. Totally rebuilt in 2009.4 bedrooms , 3 full baths, walled courtyard with fireplace and BBQ, tiled outdoor shower with hot water and much, much more. It is located four doors from the beach next to a great surfing spot!

The master bedroom suite is roomy, has ocean views and a deck .

Two large LCD swivel wall mounted HDTVs w/home theaters (52' downstairs and 40' upstairs w I Pod dock -HD Satellite with DirecTV HBO, etc. 32' LCD TV/DVD/VCR in the middle bedroom).

A spectacular master bath awaits upstairs with custom stonework everywhere, and a large, glass-block walk-in shower next to a large Jacuzzi jetted tub. Modern solid glass double vanity with waterfall faucets.

From the upstairs bedroom deck, enjoy an ocean view. Watch the sailboats and seagulls float by.

Restaurants Closeby: : Take a short stroll to one of the many nearby restaurants.Walk to Restaurants: Just 2 blocks to the Aloha Grill for Hawaiian-American cuisine (Grilled Pineapple Burgers) and cold beer. 5-10 minutes down E-Cliff, try the Nueva Southwestern Grill, the Deli-cious Cafe, Taqueria Michoacan, or Star Bene (Italian). Note to Beach Vacation renters: Don’t be fooled by rentals that may have a good view from the house, but getting to a beach can be a, well, a real “beach”. Common problems are inaccessible or inconvenient beach access (steep cliffs), windy, foggy weather and small or no beaches at high tide (rentals on West Cliff, Pleasure Point, and Opal Cliffs have these problems.)

This home is beautiful, warm, clean and luxurious. It was everything and more than what was described. We lacked for nothing and felt spoiled living there for a week.

We were there with out kids and grandson and sometimes found it difficult to leave the comfort of this house. We enjoyed Capitola, Santa Cruz Downtown and Monterey throughout our stay and each day trip was relaxing because of the central location.

We highly recommend the local funky restaurant Paula's. It is only blocks away and the breakfast is delicious and inexpensive.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We had an excellent time at this home. The house was spotless and well-equipted, the owners were super responsive, and everything was just as it was represented in the description here. It was great.

This beachhouse is very well appointed. The upstairs master is nicer than our own and quite a sanctuary from the kids rooms below. Hearing the surf at night and running our dog on the beach makes it perfect. highly recommended !!!!

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week. The house was in great shape. The kitchen was VERY well stocked. It was also stocked with books, DVD's, and a few board games. The fireplace was nice and easy to use The home is a short 2-minute walk to the beach. The owner was helpful in answering our questions and returned our security deposit in a timely manner. Our dog was able to come for a small charge. I recommend this home.

Wonderful place to stay right by the beach. Many homey touches. Simply, it is even better than the pictures!
