RECENTLY ACQUIRED and JUST RELEASED FOR RENTAL ... take advantage of the open calendar while it lasts!! This new, (Tommy Bahama style) three bedroom, two bathroom waterfront home was built in 2004. Special features include a full house generator, custom decorating, open floor plan, 14' ceilings, beautiful ceramic tile, hardwood floors, and a private study. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in ceramic tile shower. Every bedroom features new beds, pillows and linens. Enjoy our 40'' flat screen cable TV and full house surround sound system. The 750 sq. ft. screened lanai features a 12' x 25' heated pool and lighted water feature as well as cable TV. Outside the lanai area is a beautiful 19' x 25' lighted dock for your enjoyment and/or fishing. Our home is within walking distance of shopping and dining.

Marco Island is about 45 minutes from Southwest Regional Airport, Ft. Meyers, Florida and 20 minutes south of Naples, Florida. Marco Island is unique in that many of the homes are on waterways offering direct and indirect access to the Gulf of Mexico by boat. There are miles of lovey white sand beaches and the warm, clear gulf waters await. Besides boating, fishing and kayaking, the Florida National Everglades are nearby as well as beautiful tiny islands for shelling. The island's atmosphere is relaxed, casual and quiet. You won't hear any airplanes or traffic noise here! Tennis and golf are available as well as biking, shopping and dining, museums and theaters.
