Elua 1505 has garden / partial ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom and beautiful Hawaiian garden views from the second bedroom. It is a one minute walk across the grass to the one of the best beaches in Hawaii, Ulua Beach. Ulua Beach is a 1000 foot long white sand beach that has snorkeling on its protected reef and swimming for adults and children.

There is an easy one minute walk to the one and half mile walking / running path that goes to the south. This walkway fronts the Wailea Marriott, The Grand Wailea, The Four seasons and the Kei Lani Hotels. You can walk to dinner at these hotels. There is also the same one minute walk to a one mile sandy beach walk on the three beautiful beaches to the north.

The dining room has its own a private walled in garden patio that is suitable for afternoon reading, naps or evening BBQs. Elua Village has its own pavilion and large pool that is a 2-3 minute walk from the unit. There is a second smaller and more intimate pool and spa that is a 30 second walk from the front door. This is great for afternoon sunbathing and reading, stay in the shade of the Areka palms or an evening in the spa/Jacuzzi.

Elua 1505 has been completely upgraded with attractive furniture, Bosch and Subzero appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms and the master dressing area. All the bathrooms and showers have limestone tiles. There is media in the living room and a flat screen TV in the second bedroom, all on cable along with high speed cable internet access.

Elua 1505 has had only one owner. It has been a second home to our family until we decided to build a house in Wailea two years ago. We look forward to having you use Elua 1505 as your second home when you visit Maui.

In order to best serve our visitors we have selected Destination Resorts Hawaii as our management company. Servicing Wailea owners and their guests for over 30 years, we have found that this Wailea-based company quickly reacts to any needs or concerns that our guests have, 24 / 7.

Their guest care program encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge and Emergency Repair Services.

Our guests check in 24-hours a day with a live person, not fumble with a lockbox or emailed instructions. During your stay, assistance is available from the Reception Office seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries.

When booking our unit, there are no additional check-out or cleaning fees.

Included in our daily rate is a Deluxe Housekeeping Service which is provided every 3 days by a professional staff, many whom have been with the company and servicing our unit for many years. Deluxe Housekeeping includes complete vacuuming of the condominium, change of bed linens, cleaning of the lanai tabletops and floors, exchanging soiled bathroom towels, cleaning of bathrooms and restocking of bath amenities, cleaning of kitchen and loading dishwasher, removal of trash, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning countertops and tabletops. If you prefer more frequent service, Daily Housekeeping can also be provided for an additional fee.

Complimentary services include a welcome amenity of Hawaiian coffee and condiments, self parking, hi-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, dish and laundry detergent and island scented soaps, shampoo and lotion.

Their Ho’okipa (Hospitality) Desk provides expert information and personalized service for all your vacation needs including all activities, snorkel & beach gear rentals, crib & highchair, golf, dining, maps, massage, local insider tips, grocery delivery, car rental, baby items and much more.

In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team can be dispatched 7 days a week, even for the smallest correctable issues such as appliance repairs or plumbing incidents. And a manager is on duty and on call 24-hours a day to coordinate any emergency repairs, an added assurance should this ever occur in the middle of the night.

Hi Dawn, It's been three weeks since my family and I had our wonderful trip to Maui. Everything went so well; the only negative about the entire trip was that we had to leave! Thank you so much for your advice on the condo. Unit 1505 was great! It had gorgeous views and was close enough to the water to hear the waves. The unit was clean and extremely well-appointed. The pictures on the website don't do it justice! Everyone we dealt with at Destination Resorts was extremely professional and helpful.



I have recommended you and Destination Resorts to several people, and hope that my family and I will make it back to beautiful Maui one day.
