Condominium, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. One bedroom has an extra bed to accommodate parents and children. The master bedroom has a king size bed plus a computer table to allow checking e-mails and work. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has two queen size sleeper sofas. This is a non-smoking unit and meets the Brett-Robinson criteria for a select unit. This unit was designed and furnished with care and will readily accommodate larger families. The living room has two leather queen size sleeper sofas with two recliners to rest tired feet. The kitchen is fully furnished to accommodate extend family gatherings. This unit has solid surface counter tops through out the unit. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player so children and adults can watch TV if it is raining. A full size washer and dryer are furnished in the unit. This unit is on the first floor and has a balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico and a large back balcony for friends to visit.

This unit was exactly as presented. Spacious, well decorated, very clean, and extremely well equipped. This is a very convenient location with fantastic views and the beach area was wide and clean. There is a nice area for grilling and congregating. There are two balconies. The one facing the Gulf is great for coffee in the morning sun and for cocktails watching a gorgeous sunset. The Doers were extremely friendly and most cooperative. I would most definitely recommend this unit to all my friends and family.
