Great South Florida Getaway. Quiet, clean and secure 3rd floor condo. 1/2 block to the beach and just steps to the Intercoastal Park. Full kitchen features granite counters w/ breakfast bar and stools. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and all cooking utensils needed for comfortable dining at home. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and opens to the balcony. The full bath is freshly painted and updated. The living room features an oversized futon for extra sleeping room, and also has balcony access. 32 inch flat screen TV w/ cable in the living room-21 inch TV w/ cable in the master. Dont forget about the COOOOL air conditioning. Our condo is conveniently located, close to dining, nightlife, and golf. Hard Rock Casino is a 20 minute drive. Ft Lauderdale is 15 minutes south. Miami is 45 minutes south. Boca and Palm Beach are 30 minutes north.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a month and we must say it felt like home. The neighbors are really friendly, the pool is always empty and very clean and the beach is literally across the street. Very spatious inside, and the furniture and amenities are high quality. The owner is extremely nice and very reachable, so if we had any concerns he was just a phone call away. I am recommending this place to all my friends, just doesn't get any better.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Confortable nice vacation

We spent 2 months in this nice condo in jan and feb 2011. The condo was large and very clean, closed to restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks and a few minutes to the beach. The balcony with a screen mesh was very pleasant to sit outside. The weather was gorgeous this winter so it added to a very pleasant vacation.

Beautiful Condo and Close to the Beach!

We stayed in the condo for the month of January and just loved it! The condo is very clean and nicely furnished throughout as shown in the pictures. Couldn't believe how close to the beach it was--even closer than it looks in the picture--only 2 blocks away! The condo has all the amenities of home; loved the screened-in balcony where you could sit and drink coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The location of the condo is perfect for getting around easily to the grocery store, restaurants, and major highways. My husband especially appreciated the underground parking for the "occasional" thunderstorm. The condo is also located in a very nice neighborhood for taking walks. We can't wait to come back next year! The owner of this condo is also a pleasure to work with.

Comfortable, trustworthy, and clean.

I stayed in this apartment while I was working in Pompano for two weeks. I was a little skeptical at first but once I opened my front door all of my doubts blew out the window. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed, I could have called it home. The patio is sealed with screen mesh so you don't have to worry about fly's or mosquitoes flying inside. You can eat dinner outside without bugs biting or flying in your face. The building's manager/ shareholder was very courteous and so were the neighbors. I had no troubles with the apartment and can't wait to return.
