The apartment is located in the best neighborhood in NYC! It is a 6-flight walk-up, but you have a beautiful view of Manhattan from the apartment with roof access. The apartment has 2 queen size beds and the couch folds out into a bed as well. There is a TV/stereo/DVD for each bedroom and a fully furnished kitchen. Because it is a 6-flight walk up with no child-proof bars on the windows--No Young Children-- Not Appropriate for Physically Challenged, or the Elderly.
