As you enter our home you will note the high Two Story open Living Area with south facing picture windows, and Gas Fireplace. Downstairs master bedroom has an attached bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one dual-use serves as a home office with WiFi) and a second bathroom with two showers. Three decks provide views of the 16th fairway and the surrounding mountains. In the winter you will see families building snowmen, cross country skiers, and children sledding on the golf course. In, Summer and Fall, you can watch the golfers go by as you sip your iced drink on the decks or patio. Or, listen to the birds without constant background noise.
The location is Wooded, but Bright. Relaxing, but within walking distance or a short Free Shuttle Ride to Northstar Village with its restaurants, shops, skating rink, live music, bungee jumping, and fire pits. Restaurants include sushi, pizza, fine dining, the Chocolate Bar with everything chocolate, a deli, pasta, burritos and build-it-yourself tacos, etc! 10 minutes by car or shuttle to Lake Tahoe Beaches, Shops, Dining. 15 min to Casinos, 10 min to Quaint Downtown Truckee with more Restaurants, Shops and Dining. At least 10 Public/Semi-private Golf Courses within 20 minutes: Northstar, Coyote Moon, Old Greenwood, Gray's Crossing, Ponderosa, Squaw Valley, Incline Village (2 courses), Brockway, and Tahoe City.
