Escape the cold in this lovely tropical setting! Spacious and nicely decorated 'Florida style,' this updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo provides you with plenty of sunshine (S and W exposures), waterfront views, and all the amenities of home.

Walk into the 'conversation room,' consisting of a love seat, breakfast nook w/table & chairs, and bar counter seating for 2. Off this area is the guest bedroom with large closet and separate linen closet with adjacent full guest bath and separate large laundry room with counter and storage cabinets. The kitchen is well-stocked with unusually generous cabinet and counter space, and pass-thru window to dining room. Spacious Living and Dining Room combination is a bright, nicely furnished, open area with large windows overlooking the water and sliders to the lanai and outside. The Master Bedroom is generously-sized, and includes a second TV. You can lie in bed and watch the water from the second set of sliders that lead out to the lanai! A double sink vanity, dressing area, large walk-in closet, and separate commode and shower are all en-suite.

In the lanai there is a table and chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee or have breakfast or lunch while gazing at the sparkling water, watching fish jump, and greeting dolphins that may swim by; or sip on an evening cocktail while watching our spectacular Florida sunsets! Exit the lanai and take a few steps to the dock to do your own fishing, or walk down to the pool to take a dip or sunbathe on lounge chairs.

The condo complex consists of 10 units in a quiet neighborhood, and is conveniently close to shopping and many local restaurants. Ft. Myers is only 15 mins. away, and Ft. Myers Beach and the world class beaches on Sanibel and Captiva Islands are only a 30-40 min. drive. The condo is located on a saltwater canal, with direct water access to the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit is well cared for, with more than the usual quality and quantity of furnishings throughout. You will find this truly a relaxing, quiet setting in a tropical paradise!

We love boating. We first came to Cape Coral from Minnesota on a vacation in 1996, loved it, and finally moved here. We were attracted to the friendly people, the sun, open water, dolphins, sea life, NO SNOW, warmth, beaches, palm trees, exotic smells, beautiful flowers .... You get the picture.
