Exactly What We Needed

The only problem we encountered was the last day -- we had to leave! This was our first trip to Tybee Island and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We couldn't have picked a better place to spend the week. The home is enviting and spacious. A very comfortable home, we felt very much at home here... maybe it was the atmosphere, or maybe the owner's ability to give such detail that you feel as though you've been there before. The walk to the beach was a pleasant stroll - doesn't feel like two blocks. I believe we got in the car only twice - once to go to Savannah and another time to ride over to take a dolphin tour. After spending nearly four months traveling to and from a hospital an hour away to visit and help with my mother, a relaxing vacation is exactly what we needed.
