Nestled in a cluster of pine and birch trees, this immaculate bi-level home overlooks the 3rd tee of Birchwood’s Farms golf course. Every room is attractively finished, perfect for a family or two-three couples. The numerous windows overlook the golf course & beckoning outdoors. The large back deck off the great room is idle for hosting friends or al fresco dining. The Great Room fireplace may be enjoyed from the dining area and kitchen. The large main floor master bedroom has its own bath and two closets. The two lower level bedrooms have views of the golf course and yard. Guests will enjoy the amenities of Birchwood including 27 spectacular holes of unrivaled golf, 10 tennis courts, heated pool, fitness center and various dining venues. In the winter, cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails are out the back door or guests are just 15 minutes from Boyne Highland or Nubs Nob. If desired, concierge service is available from unique appetizers to dinner for 10.
