Xaman-Ha is known as the premier beach-front condominiums in Playa del Carmen and the only condominiums located within a gated community. With breathtaking views of the Caribbean, great swimming beach, beautiful swimming pool, bar, on-site massage and walking distance to town, there is no better place to enjoy Mexico.

Enjoy your stay in style with three spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, terrace, and maid service. The three bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have the most comfortable mattresses you could ever hope for. Quiet AC and a full kitchen allow you to enjoy this condo in comfort, and of course you'll be spending much of your time enjoying the aqua water and white sands of Playa del Carmen's famous beaches, clearly visible to be enjoyed from the living room, master bedroom, and double-wide balcony.

Amazing ocean views can be seen from the elegant dining area for six. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, and the third guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room, allowing this condo to accommodate up to 10 people!

The living room, right on the ocean side of the condo, has new, high-end furniture, AC, cable TV, and DVD player. The double-wide balcony and layout of this condo allows these spectacular ocean views from the terrace, living room, and master bedroom.

Had a great time. Livingroom furniture was comfortable but a little on the dirty side. Loved the balcony off the master bedroon. Overall I would give it a B+.
