This beautiful Rotonda West home that was just newly furnished features a gorgeous, private master suite with large walk-in closet, large private bath, 10x10 connecting office with wifi and view of pool, lanai and golf course. Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Living Room has large screen TV, fireplace, sleep sofa and beautiful pool views. This home has cathedral ceilings throughout, very open and homey. Bedroom 2 has full size and twin size beds with connecting sliders to pool and lanai. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and large closet space. Elegant dining room with hutch and large cherry dining room set. Home is on the beautiful Palms Golf Course with small lake between us for ultimate privacy. Very mature landscaping, with abundance of wildlife yet minutes to unspoiled sandy beaches and some of the worlds best sports fishing in Boca Grande Pass, Charlotte Harbor. Excellent restaurants and marina dining and shopping just minutes away.

There are seven first class golf courses within a five mile radius. There is over 200 miles of protected boating throughout the Charlotte Harbor with an abundance of sport fishing. There is an excellent selection of supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, water sports and boat rentals also in our local area. Manasota Key and Boca Grande Island are just minutes away.

    Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund or rent or deposit.
    You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.



    There is a $250 refundable security deposit required with each booking
