Nice, clean, friendly

This place was very quiet, clean, and well stocked. The kitchen is a decent size. It has a large refrigerator, myriad of utensils, cups, plates and appliances. The living room has enough sofa space for 7 people. It also has a 42" Samsung LCD HDTV with DirectTV and DVD player. The house stayed warm even though it was very cold outside. Not to mention, the hot water was always available for the 7 of us that were there. The free Wi-Fi was also nice.
The house is about 50 feet from the pier. There is also an available grill that you can use that is overlooking the pier. Another nice thing about the house is that it is away from other houses. This was important as our group was quite loud late at night. However, we did not have to worry about neighbors complaining because there isn't a house right next to this one.
The house is also well furnished and clean. I would highly recommend this place if you just want to get away. We also went during the winter so were not able to enjoy the beaches and fishing.
Our group was from the DC metro area so this place was a good change of pace. It was nice to get away from the fast pace. This place is not a city, it is a town. The closest movie theater is over an hour away. There is a Wal-Mart 5 minutes away and a few fast food restaurants very close by. However, don't be surprised if you can't find a TGIF or Olive Garden within 25 miles of here.
Lastly, the management is very helpful and friendly. They do enough to let you know they are there if there are any problems, but never get in the way of your vacation.
