Casa Pacifica is a beautiful home recently renovated in a hacienda style with spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and South entry to the Panama Canal. The house is situated on a hill behind the village of Mahajual and roughly 25 min from Albrook airport and mall. The upper level of the house consists of 3 large bedrooms all ensuite, 2 king beds and 1 queen. A large entrance hall, full chef's kitchen, dining, large living area and study. A large terrace with spectacular views. The lower level includes an entertainment area and bar, with secluded sitting areas and hammocks and a small apartment, 1 bedroom, with 2 twin beds and study with 1 twin bed, half bath, and fully equipped kitchen.

Notes: The maid service is twice weekly. There is a full time gardener/caretaker on the property. Young children are not accepted because the pool is deeper than the normal specs and it is unfenced. Smoking is permitted in all outside areas, please use ashtrays provided and do not throw butts in the gounds. No smoking indoors. We have fans throughout the house. Long term rentals only i.e. 3, 6 or 12 months. We do not accept short term rentals. The property is totally fenced with electric gates.
