Additional information about rental rates

  • Email for daily rates, or house only rates.
  • The rates listed above are for two adults and up to four children under 18 years of age. Additional adults are $100 per week more. A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is collected in with rental payment.
    Please send me an email for an all-inclusive rate based on the length of your visit and number of guests.
    Boat check out is $150. Renter must replace fuel used during operation of the boat and returned in same condition and cleaned or there will be a charge for cleaning. Cleaning fee at time of departure is $150. Price includes $75 per week allowance for electricity.
  • A damage/reservation deposit of $1000 is
    required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the
    reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit
    upon arrival.
