Visit Pagosa and stay in our lovely home. We are located in the Pagosa lakes area, 2 miles to shopping and coffee. 30 to 45 minute drive to the most snow in Colorado at Wolf Creek. Fish the lakes here or the many rivers. Williams Creek lake and Vallecitos lake are nearby. A walking/snowshoeing/cross country/mountain bike, open space trail is across the street for miles of enjoyment. Pagosa has one of the wolds best hot springs, just 5 miles from our house. House has a Vermont castings gas fireplace to add to the warmth without the fuss. Roads are plowed in winter making for easy access. There are large windows in all the rooms making for a bright cheery feeling. Back yard is fenced for the pet or children. There is an extra enclosed room for the pet as well.

Summer: Pagosa has many spring , summer and fall activities. There is an extensive trail for hiking and biking with access across the street. There are many rivers in the area including the San Juan and the Animas for fisherman. Williams Creek lake is one of the most beautiful mountain lakes and is a 30 minute drive away. White water rafting and kayaking are very popular on both the San Juan and Animas rivers. Hike the many mountain trails and discover beautiful waterfalls. The golf course has unsurpassed mountain views and is less than 3 miles away. There are 5 tennis courts a ten minute bike ride away. Fall colors make for spectacular picture taking.

Winter: Wolf Creek with the 'most snow in Colorado' is less than 45 minute drive away. Wolf Creek is rated one of the best steep and deep ski areas in the west. It has one of the best ski and snowboarding schools making for the perfect family vacation area. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing are out the door with access across the street to an extensive trail system.

Hot springs: Pagosa Springs is one of the best natural therapeutic hot springs in the world. Soak in the springs and then take a dip in the river. Enjoy a day of hiking or skiing then relax in the the springs.

Ski: Wolf creek 40 minutes away and Purgatory/Durango mountain a 90 minute drive.

Golf: Excellent golf 3 miles from the house.
