The perfect place to relax…a large pool is just a couple of steps from the veranda and the cut stone deck is spectacularly surrounded by palms and bougainvillea, orchids and lily ponds. The energetic can swim, the less-so inclined can just dip in every now and then as they retire to the loungers and soak up the sun. The romantic exterior leads to the even more romantic interior, which boasts a wonderful 18th century four-poster king size bed, and high airy ceilings. The living area is uniquely decorated with lighting and accessories designed by a local potter. There is also cable T.V., a well-stocked library and an additional sofa bed. Voltage is 110.There is a charming bathroom, and fully fitted kitchen area with a BBQ grill by the pool. All linens and towels are included.It is an ideal base from which to explore Antigua, or just relax with a good book. Your hosts John and Sarah Fuller have a wealth of island knowledge.

Five minutes from the airport and a 2-minute walk from Jabberwock Beach – the favorite beach of windsurfers and kite surfers. It is also within walking distance of 3 excellent restaurants, Le Bistro, The Waterfront and The Beehive. Boat trips and car hire can be arranged and St John’s and supermarkets are just minutes away.
