The home is located in Davidson County, the county seat of TN. This is a great city to visit with many fun thing for children & adults to do. This home is so convenient to the major roadways it is only 5 minutes from I65 and I24!! Also within a 10 minute drive from Downtown Nashville and Nashville International Airport.
You will love the main family room with view of the Downtown Nashville and large TV with over 200 channels! It features a sofa and two chairs. Many can hang out together in this open family room & kitchen because the kitchen area seats four at the table in the bay window & bar area seats three more.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms that you will love to sleep in. Each room has plantation shutters or blinds so you can keep it as bright or dark as you would like. They are designed to make you feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort! Each room is named after my favorite country artist.
The back yard is completely private and fenced.
