This Waterfront Property is only 9 Minutes to Dreams Park 5 Minutes to Cooperstown Village and the Baseball Hall of Fame The Masters House is a beautiful, updated (RENOVATIONS JUST COMPLETED SEPTEMBER 2009) house that sits on 50 of the most beautiful acres in Cooperstown. Our home is divided into 2 wings.........One wing your own and totally private, is waitng for you. You have 3 beds plus a pull out sofa in the living room plus a large livingroom, dinning room and 4 pc bath. The master is very large (20x30ft) with a KING SLEEP NUMBER BED & high quality mattress futon DOUBLE BED. The other bedroom is a really nice QUEEN bedroom. These bedrooms share a large 4 piece bathroom with a shower, and a claw foot bath tub for your soaking pleasure. There is an additional pull out QUEEN size sofa bed in the living room.

    As an add on to the 'LUCKY DUCK FARM' SEE OUR SITE 184670 ....with just the use of the bedrooms, bath, living room dining room and bath ...mini fridge, microwave and coffee set up...but with no full kitchen cookprivileges as we expect that all the main cooking and socializing to be done at the barn with the rest of your group.
  • To book our home you should send us and email with your home mailing address and we will discuss sending you out a contract. Bookings made after APRIL 1st require all monies due in full

The lake, (non swimmable due to 2 huge snapping turtles) is stocked with large and small mouth bass, perch and carp has a dock where you can fish from or you can stroll around to the far side and walk the board walk to meditation Island.......If you like you can also walk or jog the whole perimeter of the lake on a dirt path. State land boarders our property so hiking and exploring the woods is a must do. Wildlife abounds, deer, wild turkeys, George the blue Heron, red tailed hawks, ducks and birds galore, so bring those binoculars. We guarantee you won’t be bored.
