Home is fully furnished with high-end bed linens and towels. Gourmet kitchen contains all necessary amenities: kitchen table seats 12 with adjacent bar seating 4. Adjacent to sliding door in kitchen is a private hot tub only 2-3 steps from kitchen. Outdoor charcoal grill is also adjacent to sliding door in kitchen. Dining room table comfortable seats 12. Fireplace and comfortable seating in living room. Bed configurations: L shaped Master Bedroom includes fireplace with private sitting area, flat panel TV, double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and separate 4 x 8 foot walk in shower. Bedroom #2 by entry on ground floor has queen bed and private bath with walk in shower. Bedroom #3 lower level "mini master" with king size bed and private bath/shower. Bedroom #4 lower level queen bed and private bath-also with hall entry. Bedroom #5 twin beds with shared full bath/shower with bedroom #6 with two sets of bunk beds. Family room on lower level with large L shaped couch facing large TV. Adjacent full size pool table and dry bar. Heated garage and additional private driveway for 4 more cars.

BED SUMMARY:

2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twin , 4 Bunks (2 sets)

Snow plow service and sidewalk shoveling included for winter rentals. Mid-week cleaning included for rentals of 7 or more days.

Home is located in the Arrowhead at Vail gated community with 24 hour security.

The house is owned by a Chicago based physician/Professor of Medicine and his wife. They enjoy most summers in their home and like to have the opportunity to share it with families who will also enjoy all that Colorado has to offer.

The Owner purchased this house in 2001

This place is amazing! Stayed here with a large group of friends and it was quite spacious. In summary: amenties are very good, close to ski resorts, house is beautiful, hot tub and fireplaces, comfortable sleeping arrangements. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here
